OKAY, BYE, WHATEVER

Summer Clear-out Continues:-

Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse has joined Marseille on a one-year-loan with view on a permanent move, the French club have confirmed.

The 24-year-old forward was called up by coach Raymond Domenech to take part to the World Cup in Germany but was forced to stay at home after breaking his right leg during France's 3-1 win in a friendly against China on June 7.

He is not likely to resume playing until October but that has not put off Marseille, long-time admirers of the player.

'My choice has always been Marseille,'' Cisse said after agreeing the switch.

The player, whose chances of gaining first-team status with Liverpool were limited, will be unveiled at a press conference later today.

Drogballs: That'll certainly free up some wages and that'll be a good news for Rafa, who clearly doesn't like working with the flamboyant Frenchman. His departure means that Liverpool will now have to step up the search for a striker as well as a right-winger.
